That's an actual school!!! yup, formerly CRC, is UA and P, which i visited today. well actually i just had lunch with my highschool friends in Pearl drive, but still i can consider it visiting the school.
As I commuted and was dropped off infront of Richmonde, I walked to Pearl drive, and met my friends. wow, first of all, wearing Havs(havaianas) made me and another friend from Benilde, out of place. The school had a dress code. Much like the one we are about to have this coming term. Wow, I cant survive without my FlipFlops! 3 years of wearing them almost everyday, then all of a sudden..these rules would change my 'look'.
Back to today, being obvious visitors wearing Havs, we grab something to eat at ofcourse, THE VENUE. what i've been missing in Taft!!! our favorite lunch place when we were Frosh (maarte, big spenders, and naive) and didnt know better (AGNO, DUH! shoutout to Ate Rica's Bacsi!)
Catching up with friends always brings the good in me. Most of them were also Communication students of UAP , but it was more of management adver kind of comm. I wondered why they didnt have any production based courses, but I kinda liked that they didnt cos then i would have more competition in the field. Eavesdropping into UAP comm students' world, i realized they also had similar 'lecture' based classes like ethics in comm (which we took LAST YEAR).
off topic: i am so glad i am done with my majors. i grew a lot, learned a lot, and experienced a lot in Org Comm. words cannot express.
going back....today, i realized that i would not exchange my college life (even if there were more negatives than i expected) for something different (like going to UAP to study, which is only 15 minutes away by one ride).
even if i had to commute so far,(COMMUTE takes away 2 hours of my daily life. that's 10 hrs a week, since i had m-f classes, ONE class per day, thanks to acad assistant!) the Org Comm program in DLSU is very very very fulfilling.
